<description>You know I'm a thin woman. I have two other sisters who are not. My oldest sister has had the bypass surgery. My youngest isn't obease but isn't as thin as me. They have asked me how it is that I'm so thin. I simply tell them. I don't like the feeling of "full". So, I portion control my meals. Now, I do eat. I always have a big dinner. I've never counted calories or skipped a dessert. And to tell you the truth...I don't exersize much...well almost never. My husband who is a health nut...tells me my eating habits are terrible. What he means is, I eat alot of Comfort foods. Things that are not really healthy for you like Mac &#38; Cheese or Bacon &#38; eggs, red meat..Cake..LOL!

I guess what I am trying to say is...it's give and take. Allow yourself to have that BIG slice of cheese cake. But don't go back for seconds. And don't eat cake everyday.

 Portion control and self control.

I hope this helps you. And I am so happy to hear you both are doing well at eating less.
